Malapascua Island

Somewhere in the northern tip of Cebu lies a tiny island called Malapascua. If you like diving, this is the place to be. But you'll have to put up with a few minor inconveniences such as a mandatory shutdown of electricity at 10 pm, brackish water supply, intense heat from the sun during mid-day and sand so white it's literally blinding. Other than that, Malapascua is the closest thing to paradise. Come see for yourself!
